Terms of Use

These terms and conditions exist to protect both the SigSwap program and you, the user. If you are found to be attempting to cheat us, or if you are breaking any of the following terms, you will be notified of impending termination. If you do not respond to the notice of termination within the time period outlined in the notice, your account will be deleted and all credits, money, etc. will be forfeited.

1. You must be of legal age to be a member of SigSwap.

2. All traffic you send to us must come from an adult webmaster forum, or a pre-approved adult webmaster related English language web page. You must contact us before putting SigSwap code on a site other than a forum so that we can approve the sites for use.

3. We do not support any web site engaged in, promoting, linking to, or having apparent links to the following; child pXrnography, beXstiality, underXge sex, rXpe, incXst, passwXrd trading, wXrez, or hXcking sites, or any site engaged in illegal activity (including copyright infringement) and therefore will send notice of termination to any webmasters operating those sites.

4. We reserve the right to cancel this program at any time, without prior notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid for ALL accumulated traffic under the terms of our PayBack Points system.

5. We reserve the right to change the payout rate.

6. We reserve the right to delete accounts that have been inactive for over 60 days.

7. You must provide us with your correct legal name, address and contact information, as this agreement is a legally binding contract between you and SigSwap. Failure to provide correct information will lead to termination and non-payment.

8. If you try to cheat you will not be paid. Take a good, long, look at the word "try".

9. You are allowed to have two (2) accounts in the free exchange system. If you have a need for more than this then please contact us to arrange it.

10. We do not allow the buying\selling of accounts unless you contact us ahead of time for approval of the sale. Please include the details of the sale when you write us.
